-2- tbps maple syrup - or your choice of sugar
1/4 cup oats - quick cook - gluten free
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup water - bit less for me

-------- Microwave for 99 seconds - your microwave may be different
-------- Let Sit for a few minutes
-------- Stir
