Canning Jars & Seals

-------- DO NOT use old pickle or other regular jars with screw on lids.
-------- Jars must be COMPLETLEY clean and sterilized before use.
-------- I prefer wide mouth jars, as its easier to stuff the pickles in and easier to clean.
-------- Jars that taper towards the lid are more often used for jam. (I always use wide.)

Sizes

-------- Quart Jars Jars are 1L
-------- Pint Jars are 500ml
