Cucumbers for pickling
-------- For these recipes, DO NOT use regular cucumbers (example Long English Cucumbers) for pickling.
-------- You are looking for pickling cucumbers. They are smaller, and 'lumpy' with bumps on them.
-------- Picking Cucumbers in my area start being available form local farms in August.
