WARNING About Vinegar!

-------- To pickle, Vinegar needs to be 5% acidity
-------- In 2012, the vinegar sold in stores dropped to 4%.
-------- Find proper pickling Vinegar, AND check label for 5% acidity.

-------- Acetic acid, chemical formula C2O2, is what give vinegar its acidity.
-------- Vinegar must contain a minimum of 4% acetic acid by volume in several countries, including the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Additionally, Canada has regulations that specify a range of 4.1% to 12.3% for vinegar acidity, depending on its intended use. ~wikipedia
