3/4 cup brown (golden or white) sugar
1/2 cup butter
-1- tbsp milk - (rice, oat, water...)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp salt
-------- Bring to gentle boil over medium heat
-------- Remove from heat
-------- Add to saucepan and stir
1/2 tsp vanilla
-------- Add to saucepan and stir
-3- cups quick oats (wheat and gluten free)
-------- Spread mixture evenly 9x9 foil lined pan See:
-------- Refrigerate until set - about 30 minutes
-------- Store in fridge
